The Dryland Futures Academy aims to build the skills, expertise and know-how of people working for more resilient drylands in the Horn of Africa.
Through the Academy, its partners and collaborators, our vision is that hundreds of thousands of people working in and for dryland communities will gain opportunities to strengthen their abilities to better manage droughts and other shocks, offering robust opportunities for the 60 Million + pastoralists in the Horn of Africa to build more resilient and sustainable lives and livelihoods.
