  • Early career professionals from any discipline aiming to grow their expertise, skills and knowledge to be future leaders on drylands food security early action and related issues
  • Fellows will most likely already have Bachelors/Masters training in relevant subjects
  • Fellows are seconded to or hosting by partner organizations working on drylands issues
  • Fellows will produce a knowledge product based on their learning
